Who you are

You have a strong background in regulatory affairs, ideally with experience in the compliance of consumer products. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance across the board. You are organized and capable of managing multiple regulatory affairs matters simultaneously, demonstrating your ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You are also skilled in preparing and submitting regulatory documents, including product registration dossiers and technical files, ensuring they meet all applicable regulations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assist in managing regulatory affairs matters for iHerb, supporting the registration and regulatory needs to enhance the company's regulatory capabilities. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting regulatory documents, reviewing labels and other materials for compliance, and updating internal SOPs and forms. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements. You will also provide administrative support in maintaining product regulatory files, ensuring that all required documentation is accurate and complete. Additionally, you will assist in evaluating ingredient and formula assessments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. You will play a key role in developing regulatory guidance documents for cross-functional teams and will be expected to perform other related duties as required.
