PlayPlay is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to join their US Customer Success team based in Paris. You'll work closely with customers to ensure they derive maximum value from the video creation platform. This role requires 1-3 years of Customer Success experience and a passion for helping customers.
You have 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, ideally within the US market. You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine passion for helping customers achieve their goals. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
