Twilio is seeking a Presales Architect - Trust, Identity and Compliance to partner with sales and engineering teams on complex solutions. This role requires strong collaboration skills and a deep understanding of client ecosystems.

Who you are

You have a strong background in presales architecture, particularly in trust, identity, and compliance. Your experience includes collaborating with sales and engineering teams to design and validate complex multi-product solutions that fit into clients' ecosystems. You are adept at consulting on multi-product opportunities and have a keen understanding of how to influence product strategy based on client needs. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are committed to fostering a culture of connection and inclusion.

Desirable

Experience with AI technologies and their application in enhancing customer experiences is a plus. Familiarity with compliance regulations and best practices in identity management will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with sales, solutions engineering, and enterprise strategists to consult on complex, multi-product opportunities. You will scope, design, and validate how these solutions fit into the client’s ecosystem, helping to paint the long-term Twilio vision for customers. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams to identify technology patterns and shifts from clients to influence product strategy. You will also be involved in developing and delivering presentations to clients, showcasing Twilio's capabilities and how they align with client needs.
