You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in a startup environment. You thrive in a role where you can manage your own book of business and are comfortable with the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You are data-driven and enjoy using metrics to inform your sales strategies. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges that come with a growing company, always looking for ways to improve your approach and achieve your quotas.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Justworks, you will be responsible for managing your own sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing.
