What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Host Community strategy in Italy, focusing on community growth and engagement. You will implement programs such as Host Clubs and events that foster connections among hosts, ensuring they feel valued and supported. Your role will involve innovating and testing new engagement methods to enhance the overall host experience and strengthen the global community strategy. You will work closely with local teams to gather insights and feedback, using this information to refine and improve community initiatives.

You will also be tasked with measuring the success of community programs through key performance indicators, analyzing data to understand engagement levels and areas for improvement. Collaborating with marketing and communications teams, you will help promote community events and initiatives, ensuring that hosts are informed and excited about opportunities to connect. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a welcoming environment for hosts, where they can share their experiences and learn from one another.

What we offer

Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of €65,000—€80,000 EUR annually, along with potential bonuses and equity options.
