SoFi is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the People Team Executives. You'll manage complex calendars and facilitate seamless communication. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple requests effectively.
You are a highly organized and proactive individual with proven experience managing demanding and complex calendars. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit calmness and control under pressure. You demonstrate excellent business acumen and possess strong problem-solving skills. You are excited about collaborating with other Executive Assistants to provide seamless support across the SoFi Executive Team. You take initiative and exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all your interactions. You are capable of juggling multiple critical requests autonomously and effectively, ensuring that the needs of the executives are met promptly and efficiently.
In this role, you will plan, organize, and manage complex calendars for the People Team Executives, resolving overlapping commitments and ensuring that all appointments are scheduled efficiently. You will facilitate communication between executives and other team members, acting as a culture carrier within the organization. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring that all necessary materials are available for discussions. You will also assist in organizing team events and activities that promote a positive workplace culture. Your role will require you to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. You will be expected to proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts and address them before they become issues, ensuring that executives can focus on their strategic priorities.
