Job Description

Amazon seeks a talented Senior Program Manager to join the Trustworthy Shopping Experience team in Bengaluru, and leads the Brand Registry and Protection charter. This role would entail i) improving GMS coverage of Brands ii)improving brand experience at time of registry and protections post registry iii) build programs to educate brands about brand registry. S/he will work in close partnership with category teams, Product teams and WW Brand Protection team to identify and drive programs. S/he will regularly report on metrics related to Brand Registry for different business reviews.

The successful candidate will be passionate about Customer & Brand Experience, be detail-oriented, with a strong business acumen and excel in creative problem solving and program management.

S/he will have to build credibility with leadership and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, creatively solve complex issues; in addition, the candidate will thrive in working with large data warehouse environments, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and is motivated by developing innovative and simplified solutions to help Sellers.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
• Identify and drive programs that increase GMS coverage of registered brands
• Drive programs and influence relevant stakeholders for seamless experience of entities registering on Brand Registry
• Partner with category teams to improve BR coverage for categories
• Work with product management team to build solutions that are required to drive programs in an efficient and automated fashion
• Scale coverage and improve efficacy of Brand protection workstreams - 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
- Master's degree or equivalent
