Five9 is seeking a Procurement Contract Manager to support their global sourcing and procurement organization. You'll manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring vendor engagements align with business objectives. This role requires strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
You have a strong background in procurement and contract management, with experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements. You understand the importance of aligning vendor engagements with business objectives and have a keen eye for risk mitigation and compliance. Your collaborative nature allows you to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, Finance, IT, and Engineering teams. You thrive in a team-first culture and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to secure favorable commercial terms and drive operational excellence throughout the procurement lifecycle.
In this role, you will lead the drafting, review, redlining, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). You will partner with business stakeholders to define sourcing requirements and develop procurement strategies that align with business objectives and timelines. Your responsibilities will include owning and driving commercial negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and service levels. You will also ensure compliance with Five9’s standards and business objectives throughout the procurement lifecycle. Your role will involve continuous collaboration with various teams to enhance procurement processes and drive operational excellence.
