PhonePe is seeking an Ethics Specialist to ensure compliance and maintain stakeholder trust. You'll work on building frameworks and solving complex problems in the digital payments space. This role requires a strong understanding of compliance and ethics in technology.
You have a strong background in compliance and ethics, ideally with experience in the technology or financial services sectors. You understand the importance of maintaining stakeholder trust and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to regulatory requirements. You are proactive in identifying potential compliance issues and are skilled at developing frameworks to address them. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership of your work and drive initiatives from start to finish. You are a problem solver who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business.
