You are an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in Data Center hiring — you understand the nuances of recruiting for technical roles in a rapidly evolving industry. You have a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and are skilled at building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. Your communication skills are exceptional, both spoken and written, allowing you to effectively convey the value of Nebius to potential candidates. Experience in recruiting for technical roles within the AI or cloud computing sectors is a plus. In your role as a Data Center Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for Data Center functions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
