Overview

TripActions is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant to enhance their Navan Expense product line. You'll collaborate with various teams to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth. This role requires expertise in accounting and finance, along with strong communication skills.

Who you are

You have a strong background in finance and accounting, ideally with experience in a fintech environment. Your ability to think strategically and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting has been proven through a demonstrable track record of high performance and success. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and internal teams alike. Your willingness to travel domestically and internationally showcases your commitment to client relationships and business growth.

Desirable

Experience working with large strategic customers is a plus, as is a deep understanding of expense management solutions. You are adept at prioritizing work and initiatives, ensuring that you meet client needs while driving the company's objectives forward.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams to ensure that clients are delighted with the Navan Expense solution. You will play a key role in helping Account Managers expand product offerings within current strategic travel accounts. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing the Expense solution and increasing adoption within the Enterprise market segment. By understanding client needs and leveraging your knowledge, you will assist in developing effective strategies that drive revenue growth.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the product meets the evolving needs of clients. This includes gathering feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and working with the product team to implement necessary changes. Your role will involve presenting solutions to clients, demonstrating the value of Navan Expense, and ensuring that they are fully equipped to utilize the platform effectively.
