You have over 5 years of experience in GTM and G&A SaaS recruiting, with at least 3 years spent in-house at high-growth tech companies. Your proven success in hiring for Technical Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Finance roles showcases your expertise in the field. You are passionate about championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a seamless candidate experience through efficient, data-driven hiring processes. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to streamline recruitment efforts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM and G&A roles, primarily focusing on the EMEA and APAC regions. You will partner with GTM and G&A leaders across North America, EMEA, and APAC, providing strategic hiring guidance to ensure that Fivetran attracts top talent. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and engaging candidates from diverse backgrounds to support DEI initiatives, ensuring a seamless candidate experience through efficient, data-driven hiring processes. You will collaborate across HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to streamline recruitment efforts, making the hiring process as efficient as possible.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with Fivetran's values and mission. By leveraging your extensive network and industry knowledge, you will identify and attract high-quality candidates who are not only skilled but also a cultural fit for the organization. Your role will involve conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and providing feedback to hiring teams to facilitate informed decision-making.
