We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Architect who is a trusted advisor and leader that partners with business stakeholders and executives to design a vision and architecture for a solution to a business problem . As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading complex projects, designing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of Salesforce-based solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong functional and technical background and a passion for delivering innovative and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

What you'll do: 

  • Influence a growing team while acting as a technical guide, being able to speak conceptually, document architecturally and be comfortable doing hands on coding as well
  • Design scalable solutions using a mixture of configuration and code to support business functions and product goals, knowing how to work in and around the limits of the platform
  • Create and maintain Salesforce-centric architecture diagrams, including system landscape, ERD, integration sequence flows, login flows, etc. of current state and future
  • Communicate with product managers/business analyst, cross functional development teams, network infrastructure, information security, data privacy & compliance and salesforce solution architects to ensure a cohesive technical strategy is designed and executed upon
  • Be part of the entire development lifecycle of a product from the intake, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong emphasis on leveraging Salesforce AI capabilities (including Einstein, AI Cloud, and predictive analytics) to drive intelligent automation, personalized experiences, and data-driven decision-making across business functions.
  • Support and maintain current Salesforce instance(s), including the data model, coding best practices, user permissions, integrations with third party and internal applications, security settings
  • Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems, utilizing Salesforce APIs, middleware tools, and custom development. Identify integration patterns, recommend integration technologies, and ensure data integrity and security
  • Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its declarative capabilities, data model, security model, and integration options. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and functionalities, and provide guidance on leveraging new capabilities
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, data models, and architectural diagrams. Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily understandable by technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing guidance, recommendations, and explanations as needed
  • Stay current with emerging Salesforce and industry trends, best practices, and technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and automation to enhance the overall efficiency, performance, and user experience of Salesforce solutions
  • Understand the full extent of the solution, integration components and how they fit into the Salesforce architecture.
  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Responsible for implementing solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity
  • Coach and mentor junior technical team members.

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience Architecture, Salesforce delivery and technology implementation in full life-cycle enterprise CRM
  • Extensive solution definition experience including evident experience and knowledge of –
    • CRM System and Solution Architecture design (functional & technical),
    • Design Thinking with emphasis on Customer Journey Mapping and Service Blueprints
    • Application and Integration patterns
  • Certifications:
    • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect).
    • General AI certification or Salesforce specific AI certification
  • Ability to engage with senior clients in a business centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue
  • Ability to articulate the relevant platform value proposition
  • Customer oriented and great at building client relationships
  • Desire to work in a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and management skills.

Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training. Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
$157,500—$247,500 USD
