Gradient Labs is seeking an Operations Generalist to help build operational foundations for their AI support agent. You'll manage vendor relationships, compliance documentation, and drive strategic projects. This role requires strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
You have a strong background in operations, ideally with experience in vendor management and compliance. You understand the importance of building systems that support growth and have a keen eye for detail — ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks is second nature to you. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working cross-functionally with different teams to drive process improvements. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively will be crucial as you help scale the operations at Gradient Labs.
Experience in RevOps or strategic project management is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance documentation such as SOC2 or Vanta. You are comfortable with technology and can adapt to new tools quickly, which will help you in managing operational tasks efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take ownership of initiatives will set you apart in this role.
In this role, you will be the backbone of Gradient Labs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will manage vendor relationships, process invoices, and maintain compliance documentation. Your responsibilities will also include supporting new joiner onboarding and planning team offsites, making sure that all operational aspects are well-coordinated. You will drive strategic projects, such as RevOps commission tracking and supplier onboarding processes, helping to build systems that reduce friction as the company scales.
