You have a solid background in accounting, with experience in managing month-end closing processes and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with finance teams at various levels, including local, regional, and headquarters. Your attention to detail and organizational skills enable you to meet reporting deadlines effectively. You are comfortable working in a hybrid setting, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration. Experience with Polish accounting regulations and standards would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with financial reporting tools and software can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
