You are a qualified tax professional with solid experience in worldwide tax compliance, M&A, inter-company transactions, and US domestic and international income tax. You thrive in a collegial team environment and enjoy learning and tackling new challenges. You have a proactive approach to your work and are eager to contribute to a fast-paced growing company. Your background includes familiarity with ASC 740, which is essential for this role. You understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving tax compliance and planning goals.
As a Tax Manager at Roku, you will be an integral part of the tax team, contributing to all areas of tax compliance and planning. You will actively participate in income tax compliance processes, ensuring that all filings are accurate and timely. Your role will involve working closely with the Tax Director and other team members to develop strategies for effective tax planning. You will also engage in M&A activities, providing insights and guidance on tax implications.
