What you'll do

As a Tax Manager at Roku, you will be an integral part of the tax team, contributing to all areas of tax compliance and planning. You will actively participate in income tax compliance processes, ensuring that all filings are accurate and timely. Your role will involve working closely with the Tax Director and other team members to develop strategies for effective tax planning. You will also engage in M&A activities, providing insights and guidance on tax implications. Your contributions will help shape the company's approach to inter-company transactions and ensure compliance with both domestic and international tax regulations. You will be expected to stay updated on tax law changes and assess their impact on the company. Collaboration with other departments will be key, as you will need to communicate tax-related matters effectively across the organization.
