NEORIS is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and J2EE. You'll implement microservices architectures and develop web interfaces with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.
You have at least 3 years of general experience in software development, with a specific focus on Java for at least 2 years. Your expertise includes designing and developing applications using Java and J2EE, and you are well-versed in implementing microservices architectures. You have a solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, and you are familiar with frameworks like jQuery. You are experienced in conducting unit, integration, and load testing to ensure software quality. Your skills also extend to diagnosing and resolving issues in distributed systems with multiple integrations. You are comfortable documenting technical processes and collaborating with both functional and technical teams.
You have experience working in agile environments and are familiar with methodologies that promote iterative development and collaboration. A certification in ITIL v3 for incident and problem management is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project and Enterprise Architect.
