You are adaptable and open to continuous learning, especially in the rapidly evolving landscape of cloud technologies.

Desirable

Experience with AI technologies and their application in cloud solutions is a plus. Familiarity with customer success metrics and methodologies will enhance your ability to drive value for customers. A background in consulting or customer-facing roles will also be beneficial as you engage with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their cloud journey, ensuring they maximize the value of Microsoft’s cloud offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet customer requirements while driving operational excellence. Your role will involve conducting assessments of customer environments, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending best practices for cloud adoption. You will also play a key role in training and enabling customers to leverage AI capabilities effectively, fostering long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the Global Customer Success organization to align on strategies that enhance customer experiences across all touchpoints. Your insights will help shape the development of new features and services that address customer pain points and drive innovation. You will be expected to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring that you can provide informed recommendations to customers.
