Overview

Coupang is seeking a Sales Operations professional to enhance the capabilities of the Coupang Eats Ads Sales team. You'll develop and manage training content and programs to support sales activities. This role requires experience in sales enablement and training development.

Who you are

You have experience in sales enablement and training development, ideally within the e-commerce or advertising sectors. You understand the importance of equipping sales teams with the right tools and knowledge to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You are skilled in creating engaging training materials and have a knack for analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive and take initiative in driving projects forward, ensuring that the sales team is always up-to-date with the latest product offerings and market trends. You are passionate about customer experience and understand how effective sales training can enhance client relationships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the sales onboarding and training programs for the Coupang Eats Ads Sales team. You will design and implement training content that aligns with new advertising products and features, ensuring that the sales team is equipped to provide accurate and competitive proposals to clients. You will also update and maintain sales materials, guides, and pitch decks to reflect the latest product offerings. Utilizing AI-based training tools, you will enhance the training experience and ensure that all sales representatives are certified in Coupang Eats Ads solutions. You will conduct regular analysis of Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to identify areas for improvement in sales messaging and training content. Additionally, you will standardize sales processes across teams and develop a comprehensive sales playbook that includes best practices and step-by-step execution methods. Your role will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization.
