What you'll do

As the Senior Salesforce Administrator at LogicGate, you will take ownership of the Salesforce platform, ensuring it is scalable and reliable to support a growing revenue organization. You will lead all aspects of Salesforce administration, including configuration, optimization, and ongoing support. Your role will involve designing and implementing efficient business processes that leverage Salesforce capabilities to enhance operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with the Revenue Operations team to contribute to the revenue technology roadmap, ensuring that Salesforce aligns with the overall revenue strategy. This includes overseeing integrations with other systems and ensuring data integrity across platforms. You will also be responsible for training and supporting users, helping them maximize their use of Salesforce to drive productivity.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will analyze system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. You will implement best practices for Salesforce usage and stay updated on new features and functionalities to enhance the platform's capabilities. Your hands-on approach will ensure that you remain engaged with the day-to-day operations of Salesforce while also focusing on strategic initiatives that drive growth.
