Navan is hiring a Senior Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle in the UK&I territory. You'll leverage your experience in SaaS sales and relationship building to close complex deals. This role requires 5+ years of experience and a strong track record in sales.
You have over 5 years of experience in a full-cycle closing role, ideally within the SaaS industry, where you've successfully navigated complex sales processes. Your ability to influence prospects and build strong relationships has been key to your success in closing deals with companies that employ between 1000-3000 people. You are adept at managing the entire sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to closing and launching new accounts.
Your experience includes selling to C-level executives, and you have a proven track record of closing deals valued at over $200k. You excel in outbound prospecting and conducting product demonstrations, which allows you to effectively articulate the value proposition of your products. You are familiar with various sales methodologies, such as MEDDICC and Challenger, which you leverage to uncover customer needs and pain points.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and have consistently met or exceeded sales targets. Your adaptability and understanding of the evolving landscape of startups enable you to pivot your skill sets based on business needs. You possess a growth mindset, always eager to learn and improve your approach to sales.
Experience selling into finance stakeholders is preferred, as it will enhance your ability to connect with key decision-makers in target organizations. Familiarity with Salesforce for managing sales activities and forecasting revenue is also a plus.
In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and launching new accounts. You will develop strategies for closing opportunities within your assigned territory, generating net new meetings with potential customers through personalized outreach. Your ability to interface and sell to multiple personas within target organizations will be crucial in articulating our value proposition and products effectively.
You will be responsible for all sales activity and will provide monthly forecasts of revenue in Salesforce. Achieving monthly sales quotas will be a key performance indicator for your success in this position. You will leverage your sales methodologies to uncover customer needs and pain points, ensuring that you are well-equipped to address their challenges.
Collaboration will be essential in this role, as you will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers. Your effective communication skills will help you build strong relationships with prospects and clients alike, fostering trust and loyalty.
