Upstart is seeking a Director of Brand Social to build and define their social media presence. You'll work closely with the Brand & Creative Team to enhance brand engagement and community relationships. This role requires strong leadership and strategic vision in social media management.
You have a proven track record in social media strategy and brand management, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. You understand the nuances of building a brand's voice and presence across various social platforms, and you are adept at engaging with diverse communities. Your experience includes developing content strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and optimize social media performance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to shape a brand's social identity from the ground up. You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
