Overview

Cortex is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with their internal developer portal. This role requires strong strategic and technical skills, with a focus on customer success.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in technology or software companies. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with teams across different time zones. You understand the importance of customer feedback and use it to drive product improvements and enhance user experience. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and are committed to their success. You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in a startup environment or a high-growth company is a plus. Familiarity with developer tools or internal developer portals will give you an edge in understanding customer needs. A background in project management or technical support can also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Cortex, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive product adoption. You will collaborate with the engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for enhancements that improve service quality and velocity. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins with clients, analyzing usage data, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. You will also develop and deliver training sessions to help customers fully leverage the capabilities of the Cortex platform. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction scores, retention rates, and the overall growth of your accounts.
