SoFi is seeking a Capital Markets Manager to lead the expansion and optimization of their Loan Platform Business. You'll be responsible for driving investor engagement and coordinating loan sale execution. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in capital markets.
You have a strong background in capital markets, with experience in managing relationships with institutional investors. You understand the intricacies of loan platforms and private credit transactions, and you are adept at driving investor education and engagement. Your ability to coordinate across various internal teams, including Finance, Operations, Product, and Legal, sets you apart. You are detail-oriented and have a strategic mindset that aligns program economics with financial objectives.
Experience in a financial services environment is a plus, as is familiarity with mobile-first technology in finance. You thrive in collaborative settings and are comfortable navigating complex financial landscapes. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, ensuring they are well-informed about the Loan Platform Business and Private Credit programs. You will lead investor education initiatives, preparing materials and conducting diligence processes to facilitate informed decision-making. Your role will involve coordinating loan sale execution, ensuring that all transactions align with the strategic objectives of the organization. You will play a key role in scaling the platform by enhancing transaction efficiency and deepening investor relationships.
You will also collaborate closely with internal partners across various departments to align on program economics and strategic goals. Your insights will help shape the direction of capital markets initiatives, and you will be instrumental in driving growth within the Loan Platform Business. You will monitor market trends and investor feedback to continuously improve the offerings and ensure they meet the evolving needs of the market.
