Overview

Appier is seeking a Partnerships Manager to scale their Enterprise Solutions presence in Japan. You'll be responsible for sourcing new distribution partners and building relationships to maximize mutual success. This role requires a strong understanding of the market and excellent communication skills.

Who you are

You have a strong commercial drive and ambition, with experience in partnership management or business development. You understand the nuances of the Japanese market and have a proven track record of sourcing and managing partnerships effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to bridge the gap between internal teams and external partners seamlessly. You are process-driven and can manage partner onboarding and forecasting with ease. You are fluent in Business English, enabling you to engage with international partners and stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Partnerships Manager at Appier, you will identify and source new distribution partners within Japan, ensuring that you align with Appier’s strategic needs. You will serve as the main point of contact between Appier and potential partners, facilitating communication and collaboration. Your role will involve analyzing market needs and formulating business plans that maximize mutual success. You will work closely with both partners and internal teams to ensure performance standards are met and exceeded. You will also be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are equipped to succeed with Appier’s Enterprise Solutions. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you forecast partnership performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
