Axon is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to drive the adoption of products and services in the Enterprise market. You'll partner with Strategic Account Executives to build effective sales strategies. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in business development and lead generation.

You are an aspiring sales professional eager to make an impact in a mission-driven organization. Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Strategic Account Executives to develop and implement effective sales pipeline strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the adoption of select products and services within the Enterprise market. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and articulate how Axon's solutions can address their challenges. You will also collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales Operations and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

You will take ownership of your sales activities, working diligently to meet and exceed quotas while contributing to the overall success of the team. Your creativity and customer-focused approach will be essential as you identify opportunities for growth and build repeatable sales motions. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Axon's products in the market.
