As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will play a critical role in maintaining the heartbeat of AWS's global infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repairs to ensure seamless data center operations. You will collaborate with a team of software, hardware, and network engineers to address challenges and maintain the highest standards for safety and security. Your role will also involve participating in an on-call rotation, responding to incidents, and ensuring that our customers have continual access to the services they rely on.
