Cloudflare is seeking a Director of Sales Enablement to lead the enablement strategy for the EMEA region. You'll drive field readiness across customer-facing revenue teams. This role requires strategic thinking and leadership experience.
You have a proven track record in sales enablement, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute effective enablement strategies that drive results across diverse teams. You are passionate about building a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring that sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. You thrive in collaborative environments and have excellent communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You understand the nuances of the EMEA market and can tailor enablement initiatives to meet regional needs. Your empathetic approach to leadership fosters an inclusive team culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute.
Experience in a technology or SaaS company is a plus, as is familiarity with sales processes and methodologies. You may have a background in training or coaching sales teams, which enhances your ability to drive performance and engagement. A strong understanding of metrics and analytics will help you measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven decisions.
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of the sales enablement strategy for the EMEA region.
