Hightouch is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to work closely with major clients, solving complex data challenges. You'll leverage skills in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and APIs to enhance customer experiences. This role is remote within North America.
You have a strong background in data engineering and analytics, with a knack for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences. You thrive on solving complex problems and enjoy working closely with clients to innovate their data usage. Experience with customer data platforms is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to address client needs effectively. Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks will also be beneficial in this role.
As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Hightouch, you will engage with some of the biggest names in the industry, helping them navigate their data challenges. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that leverage our AI platform. Your role will involve deep dives into customer problems, innovating ways to enhance their marketing workflows and data strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions are effectively implemented and that clients are satisfied with the outcomes.
You will also be responsible for educating clients on the capabilities of our platform, ensuring they can maximize its potential. This includes conducting training sessions, creating documentation, and providing ongoing support as needed. Your insights will help shape the future of our product offerings, as you gather feedback and identify areas for improvement based on client interactions.
Hightouch provides a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $133,000 to $161,000 annually, with on-target earnings between $190,000 and $230,000. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, along with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
