UX Designer

You have a strong background in UX design, with experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. You understand the importance of user satisfaction and are skilled in conducting interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights. Your knowledge of design thinking and lean UX principles allows you to create user-centered designs that meet business and technical needs. You excel at creating personas, user journeys, and experience maps based on thorough user research, ensuring that the solutions you design address real user problems.

You are proficient in clickstream analysis using tools like UXcam, which helps you analyze user behavior and identify areas for improvement. Your experience in creating both low and high-fidelity prototypes enables you to iterate quickly on design ideas, ensuring that you can respond effectively to feedback. You are also skilled in wireframing, flow diagrams, and site maps, which are essential for visualizing the user experience and guiding development teams.

Your analytical skills allow you to assess UX metrics and user behavior, helping you to pinpoint areas that require optimization. You have experience with A/B testing and other iterative methods to enhance the user experience continuously. You are passionate about improving user satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality design solutions.

Desirable

What you'll do

As a UX Designer at NEORIS, you will be responsible for designing user experiences that prioritize user satisfaction while aligning with business and technical requirements.
