What you'll do

As a Program Manager within the Solutions Architecture team at Stripe, you will steer the design, decision-making, and delivery of programs that enhance user-facing excellence and improve organizational efficiency. You will partner closely with global SA leadership to identify and address the most strategic priorities and time-sensitive business challenges. Your role will involve designing programs that reduce friction for Solutions Architects (SAs) in delivering user impact and scaling best practices to maximize global impact. You will be responsible for driving initiatives that align with the organization's goals, ensuring that the SA team operates effectively and efficiently. Your ability to analyze data and provide insights will be crucial in shaping the direction of these programs.
