What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments. Your goal will be to grow your own book of business by helping small businesses thrive and earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through effective account management. You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships will be key, as you will work with a diverse range of industries, making each day unique and rewarding.

What we offer

Hibu provides best-in-class training to set you up for success in your sales career. You can expect year one on-target earnings between $90,000 and $100,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
