You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on product-led growth strategies. You understand the importance of creating seamless user experiences and have a track record of improving onboarding processes for software products. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decisions and drive product adoption. You are collaborative and enjoy working closely with engineering and design teams to create intuitive solutions that meet user needs. You are genuinely interested in enhancing the developer experience and have a passion for open-source software. You thrive in environments that value curiosity, collaboration, and innovation.
In this role, you will own the self-serve experience for Temporal Cloud, defining and executing strategies that make it easy for new users to sign up and onboard. You will analyze user behavior to identify friction points and develop solutions that enhance the overall experience. Your work will directly impact how developers discover and engage with Temporal, shaping their journey from initial onboarding to long-term usage.
