About The Job
We're seeking a Senior Business Analysis Manager to join our APB (Amazon Private Brand) Sourcing team. In this role, you'll combine business analysis with AI capabilities to drive data-driven decisions and digital transformation initiatives. You'll partner with stakeholders across sourcing and other teams to optimize vendor relationships, enhance reporting capabilities, and lead AI integration projects.

Key job responsibilities
You will be leading our profitability initiative that ties to our VP goal from strategy setting to goal delivery, including annual vendor negotiation and tariff impact assessment etc., meanwhile participant in AI integration projects related to profitability and cost management domain.

Key Job Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, Python, and BI tools
* Drive data analysis to support strategic sourcing decisions and vendor negotiations
* Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
* Lead AI transformation initiatives, including:
- Create automated reporting feeds and predictive analytics models
- Develop AI-powered interactive analysis tools
- Configure proactive notification systems
- Design and implement business scenario based workflow
* Partner with sourcing/technical teams to integrate AI solutions into existing sourcing workflow

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in business analysis, cost analytics, or similar role
* Advanced SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools
* Experience managing complex analytical projects
* Understanding of sourcing processes and metrics


Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with machine learning frameworks and AI implementation
* Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and large language models
* Python/R programming experience
* Six Sigma or PMP certification

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent project management skills
* Outstanding English written and verbal communication
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
* Experience working with cross-functional teams
* Strong business acumen and financial analysis capabilities

About the team
Amazon Private Brands global sourcing team partners with suppliers capable of producing and shipping high-quality products globally, with a focus on driving profitable and sustainable business growth.- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
