Your role will involve working closely with the Surgery Engineering team to test new surgical techniques and provide feedback that informs the design process.

You will engage in hands-on training, functioning as an assistant or primary surgeon during procedures involving human cadavers or large animal subjects. This experience will allow you to refine your surgical skills while contributing to the advancement of innovative medical technologies. You will also collaborate with preclinical scientists to design study protocols that guide research efforts.

In addition to surgical responsibilities, you will participate in engineering design reviews, offering insights on usability and safety that will help optimize surgical processes and robotic systems. Your contributions will play a crucial role in ensuring that Neuralink's devices are effective and user-friendly.
