SeatGeek is hiring a Senior Associate, HRBP to support various people-related initiatives including performance management and employee relations. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on talent development.
You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with experience in performance management and employee relations. You are a credible and influential advisor to employees and managers, capable of navigating complex employment matters with sensitivity and professionalism. You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy collaborating with various teams to drive HR initiatives forward. You are eager to develop your skills and grow into a more senior HR Business Partner role, supported by an experienced HRBP team and HR leadership. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and are committed to fostering a positive and equitable work environment.
In this role, you will support managers in performance management processes, including performance assessments, coaching, and recognition. You will execute the HRBP team's operations and processes, ensuring that ongoing People processes are effectively managed. You will also play a key role in resolving employee relations issues, providing training to managers on handling sensitive matters, and partnering with leaders on complex employment matters. Your work will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders across the People Team and the broader business, making you a vital part of the organization's success.
