Product Designer (Formless)

Who you are

You are a skilled Product Designer with a strong background in creating user-centered designs. You have experience in designing clear and trustworthy experiences across various use cases, particularly in sales and research contexts. You are comfortable collaborating closely with other designers and stakeholders to align on design intent and shared patterns. You have a keen eye for detail and are adept at turning complex concepts into intuitive designs that enhance user engagement. You understand the importance of aligning design decisions with technical constraints and phased roadmaps, ensuring that your designs are not only visually appealing but also feasible to implement. You are proactive in identifying and systemizing interaction patterns as products scale, contributing to a cohesive user experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design clear and trustworthy agent experiences for Typeform's Formless product, focusing on both sales and research use cases. You will work closely with a Senior Product Designer to ensure alignment on design intent and shared patterns, taking ownership of the execution from specifications to prototyping and design reviews. You will keep product managers and engineers closely aligned on scope and feasibility, ensuring that your designs meet both user needs and technical requirements. As Formless scales into new scenarios, you will identify and systemize journeys and interaction patterns, helping to create dependable and scalable experiences that teams and customers can trust. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of lead capture, qualification, and handoff processes, as well as producing credible qualitative insights for research agents.
