Carvana is hiring for entry-level automotive roles, including Detailer and Lot Attendant. Responsibilities include detailing vehicles and moving them within inspection centers. No specific skills are required, but a valid driver's license is necessary.
You are looking for an entry-level position in the automotive industry and are eager to learn. You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools. You are capable of lifting up to 60 pounds independently and are at least 18 years of age. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and can adapt to various weather conditions. You understand the importance of safety equipment and are willing to use it as required.
While no specific skills are required, having a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn about vehicle inspection and detailing processes will be beneficial. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to choose from several positions, including Detailer, where you will be responsible for detailing vehicles by washing, cleaning interiors, and buffing exteriors. As a Lot Attendant, you will move vehicles from one department to another within our Inspection Centers, ensuring that the workflow remains efficient. If you take on the role of Photobooth Associate, you will capture high-quality photos of vehicles for customer viewing. As an Inspection Associate, you will inspect vehicles for any imperfections or defects, ensuring that they meet our quality standards before being presented to customers.
You will receive training to ensure you are well-prepared for your responsibilities and can effectively contribute to the team. You will work alongside experienced professionals who will guide you through the processes and help you develop your skills in the automotive field.
