You have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience managing teams and achieving sales targets. Your background includes motivating teams through effective coaching and team-building skills, ensuring that your team is equipped to drive new customer acquisition. You are fluent in French, Italian, or Spanish, which allows you to communicate effectively with clients across the region. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about developing talent within your team, helping them grow into successful field Account Executives.
Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the sales processes and strategies that drive success in a competitive market. You are a relentless self-starter who is comfortable working closely with Sales Engineers and Channel Partners to exceed sales quotas. Your strategic thinking and tactical planning abilities make you a key member of the EMEA Management team, where you contribute to the overall direction and success of the organization.
