Robinhood is hiring a CX Agent for their Money team to provide exceptional customer support for their Credit Card product. You'll assist cardholders with inquiries and collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience. This role is based in Chicago, Denver, or Westlake.
You are a proactive individual ready to join Robinhood's Money Customer Ops team as a CX Agent. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You have a keen interest in finance and are eager to learn about the Credit Card product and customer support processes. You possess strong problem-solving skills and are comfortable troubleshooting customer inquiries independently. You understand the importance of being the 'voice of the customer' and are committed to ensuring their needs are met.
Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with financial products or services will help you excel in this position. You are a team player who values collaboration and communication, and you are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team.
As a Money CX Agent, you will be the front-line representative for our cardholders, addressing their most challenging inquiries and providing exemplary service in each interaction. You will independently troubleshoot issues and work closely with other teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
