What you'll do

As a Network Deployment Technician, you will play a crucial role in the AWS Infrastructure Services team. You will assist in the design, planning, and delivery of network systems that support AWS data centers. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting network issues, implementing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance network performance. You will work on automating processes to improve efficiency and scalability within the network infrastructure. You will also participate in the development of innovative strategies to optimize network operations, ensuring that our customers have continual access to the services they rely on. Your role will involve monitoring network performance and making recommendations for improvements, as well as documenting processes and procedures to maintain operational excellence.
