You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with leadership to cultivate a robust safety culture across the organization.

You possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to monitor and report on key health and safety metrics effectively. Your proactive approach to risk management ensures that safety standards are not only met but continuously improved. You are adept at leading accident investigations and root cause analyses, ensuring that corrective and preventive measures are implemented promptly. Your communication skills allow you to engage with employees at all levels, promoting awareness and adherence to safety practices.

Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment is a plus. What you'll do

In this key role, you will lead initiatives to ensure a safe, healthy, and legally compliant work environment at HelloFresh. You will develop, implement, and continuously improve our health and safety policies and standards. Regularly conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits will be part of your responsibilities to identify and minimize hazards proactively. You will also lead accident investigations, including root cause analyses, and be responsible for planning, implementing, and tracking corrective and preventive actions.

Collaboration with leadership will be essential as you support the development of a strong safety culture with clear accountability. You will monitor, analyze, and report relevant health and safety metrics to drive continuous improvement in safety performance. Additionally, you will coordinate with external authorities and drive initiatives that enhance employee well-being and operational safety.
