You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing strategic accounts and driving growth within mid-market and enterprise customers. Your experience includes navigating complex sales cycles and building deep partnerships with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges. You are analytical and consultative in your approach, leveraging data to inform your strategies and decisions. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Experience in the communications or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance-heavy industries. You are adept at using CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for growth. In this role, you will lead relationships with Twilio's growth and mid-market customers, focusing on our messaging, voice, and email services. You will be responsible for protecting and expanding Twilio's communications business across your assigned accounts.
