Grafana is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to educate and support customers in utilizing their observability tools. You'll leverage your technical expertise to ensure customer success and satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for open-source technology.
You have a strong background in solutions engineering or a related field, with experience in customer-facing roles where you've demonstrated your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your passion for open-source technology drives you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, enabling you to provide valuable insights to customers. You understand the importance of customer success and are dedicated to ensuring that clients achieve their goals using Grafana's tools. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can think critically to address customer needs and challenges. Experience with observability tools or platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with Grafana's products.
