You have over 8 years of experience working with sponsors, recordkeepers, and third-party administrators (TPAs) in the financial technology sector. Your expertise lies in servicing the plan design, compliance, and plan document aspects of 401(k) plans. You possess strong analytical skills and can effectively communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders, including sales teams and clients. What you'll do

As a Senior Plan Design Specialist at Vestwell, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales and Plan Design teams. Your primary responsibility will be to create plan design illustrations and provide consultation to clients, ensuring that their retirement plans meet their specific needs. You will manage the transition for incoming plans through implementation, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

You will be responsible for analyzing client requirements and translating them into effective plan designs that align with Vestwell's offerings. Your expertise will help guide clients through the complexities of retirement planning, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. You will also collaborate with the Sales team to provide insights and support during the sales process, helping to articulate the value of Vestwell's solutions to potential clients.

In addition to your client-facing responsibilities, you will contribute to internal initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the plan design process. You will work closely with product development teams to provide feedback on system enhancements and new features that can better serve clients' needs.
