What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing EHS programs that align with Relativity's mission of building rockets safely and efficiently. You will conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams, you will provide guidance on safety best practices and help design processes that prioritize safety without hindering productivity. You will also lead training sessions to educate employees on EHS policies and procedures, fostering a culture of safety awareness.
