What you'll do

As a Senior Platform Engineer at Five9, you will take the lead in deploying and optimizing our cloud contact center solutions for enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements from clients, configuring products to meet their needs, and providing comprehensive training to ensure successful adoption. You will oversee solution testing and production rollouts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

You will act as a key resource in the Professional Services team, collaborating closely with other engineers and stakeholders to drive project success. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of best practices within the organization. You will also participate in the mentorship program for VCC and other Five9 partner systems, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help others grow.

Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and success, as you implement solutions that enhance their operations and drive business results. You will be responsible for maintaining strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns and ensuring that their expectations are met.
