Scribe is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to build a world-class Engineering, Product, and Design organization. You'll partner with senior leadership to develop high-impact recruiting strategies. This role requires a strong perspective on recruiting excellence.
You have a proven track record in technical recruitment, ideally with 5+ years of experience in sourcing and hiring top talent for engineering and product roles. You understand the nuances of the tech industry and are adept at identifying candidates who not only meet the technical requirements but also fit into a people-first culture. You are passionate about building diverse teams and have a strong perspective on what recruiting excellence looks like. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable partnering with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders alike. You are skilled in full-cycle recruitment, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that every candidate has a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. You are also committed to continuous learning and improvement, always seeking ways to enhance your recruiting strategies and processes.
Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms. You may have a background in HR or talent acquisition, which gives you a broader understanding of the employee lifecycle and organizational dynamics. You are open to feedback and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
In this role, you will partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Design leadership to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. You will leverage your network and utilize various sourcing techniques to attract top talent, ensuring that Scribe continues to build a world-class team.
You will also play a key role in shaping the candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects Scribe's values and commitment to diversity and inclusion. You will work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process.
You will be an advocate for candidates, providing them with insights into Scribe's culture and values, and helping them understand how they can contribute to the company's mission. You will also collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, setting them up for success from day one.
