What you'll do

As a Senior UX Designer at Tigera, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of the Calico platform. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and create design solutions that meet those needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights, creating user personas, and developing user journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. You will design wireframes and prototypes to visualize your ideas and iterate on them based on feedback from users and stakeholders. You will also conduct usability testing to validate your designs and ensure they meet user expectations. Your role will involve advocating for the user throughout the design process, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of product development.
