What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of complex, multi-year initiatives that span across various engineering teams at Grafana Labs. You will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. You will work closely with engineering leads to develop project timelines and resource plans, facilitating the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns that may arise. Your ability to foster collaboration among teams will be crucial as you coordinate efforts across different departments, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks that could impact project timelines or outcomes, employing your problem-solving skills to navigate challenges as they arise.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will mentor and guide junior program managers, sharing your expertise and best practices to help them grow in their roles. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the organization, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
